Lean In Kuwait is partnered with Soroptimist International Kuwait to create Lean In Circles throughout Kuwait. Members meet in small groups called Lean In Circles about once a month to support each other and learn new skills. They talk openly about their ambitions and encourage each other to take on new challenges. Together, they are going further and standing up for equality.
A subgroup within our club is the LeanIn SK Circle and our members have benefited by deepening our connections and increasing confidence. We also plan to share the videos and discussion guides with the High School level “S Club” currently in development.
