WOMEN
Empowerment
What does it mean to be empowered
Women are empowered when they have control over their well-being, and when they have a voice in the decisions to shape their lives and the lives of their families. When they have self-confidence, and the power to control their private and public lives
When Girls Go to Schools
When Girls Have Educated Moms
When Women are Educated
their countries are more likely to have greater economic growth.
A Word
Women's Education
Women constitute more than 60% of the world’s population which ought to place them as pacesetters in education. Sadly, in some countries, girl-child education is neglected due to cultural beliefs. Women are seen as only relevant in the kitchen and for procreation purpose. History has proven that “If you educate a man, you educate an individual, but if you educate a woman, you educate a nation”
